Association of the Alumnis of the Swiss College for Media Sciences and Management
The esig + was founded in Lausanne in 1972 on the initiative of the three main associations in the printing industry, in collaboration with the Confederation, the Canton of Vaud and the City of Lausanne. It is recognized by the state as an engineering school, and its legal status is that of a private charity.
Since 1994, esig + is the first engineering college in Europe certified according to international standards for quality assurance ISO 9001. Currently, she is preparing to enter the University of Applied sciences in Western Switzerland (HES-SO).
